I worked with James at Lane & Waterman and he was one of our most favorite associates of all-time. He worked closely with the late Rand Wonio and I know Rand taught James a lot and considered James to be a very talented first-rate and first-class lawyer. He was also such a great guy. Jamie and our son Tyler were childhood friends and remained friends ever since. Dave and I were privileged to become reacquainted with Jamie over the last few years. We were able to spend a few weekends at the lake with Jamie, Keria, Tyler and a few other friends. Jamie was competitive, determined, entertaining and hilarious! But always respectful. He loved Keria, and I admired the friendship they shared and was so happy when they welcomed Leighton into their family. We will always cherish the memories we shared and will continue to pray for comfort and healing over Keria, Leighton and the rest of the family.
