Marci, I am so sorry that I can't be there to pay my respects to one of the most wonderful men that I was blessed to have met and shared so many great years with. He was the most fun loving man to hang out with. I missed him the most and will continue to miss him. Please know I am there with a broken heart. You were such a great daughter to your parents and spent so much time there loving them and caring for them. I pray for Gods comfort for you and Brian. Your parents were so proud of both of you. I love you all. Give dad a goodbye hug from me. Again, I'm so sorry.
To share a Fay moment: He told me it cost his parents $20.00 when he was born and they had to make payments. He also said he hoped they paid him off. I replied, don't worry, if they come to reposess you, Ill pay the $20.00. He said you would do that for me? I said off course. I said then i would own you and you have to call me mama. He smiled and chuckled. He then said I would sure have the youngest mother here. How do we explain that? I said don't worry, we'll come up with something. Then he laughed.
