I remember Glenn well for his gentle manner and pleasant disposition. I never recall a negative word from Glenn. I do recall his easy smile as well and being a faithful member of the church. God Bless.
I was not a close friend of Glen, but I knew him as a fellow Maytager and fellow Golfer. I liked him a lot and always felt he was a good man. I'm sure he'll be missed by his many Newton friends and beyond..
Glen was my boss at Maytag for 6 years (1964-70) This was my first full time job so I had no one to compare him with, but he was a wonderful person and I so enjoyed working with him. I have many good memories. Now after working for over 40 years with various bosses, I truly can say Glen was a wonderful boss - one of the best. May God bless your family.
Did not know Glenn very well, but did meet him and found him to be a very decent person. My father, Forrest D.(Johnny) Johnson was not known for speaking highly of just anyone, but remember him speaking very well of Glenn. A great loss for all.
