Earl Wayne Klein, age 77, of Newton died Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at Monarch Wing At Skiff Medical Center, Newton.
Mr. Klein was born July 19, 1929 at Newton, IA the son of the late Carl Walter and the late Enid Caroline (Schnell) Klein. He married Lola MaeJansen August 12, 1951 at Lynnville, Iowa.
Earl enjoyed rebuilding cars; collecting antique farm tractors; and going to tractor pulls
He was employed by as a Farmer.
Mr. Klein was a member of Lynnville Church of God
He is survived by his wife: Lola Mae(Jansen) Kleintwo daughters: Beverly & Larry Peckous of Beijing, CHINA, Donna & Arthus Richey of Tulsa, OK
Daughter-in-law, Gelene & Bob Evans
Predeceased by his Son, Norman Klein
Calling hours will be Friday from Visitation with the family will be from 6 - 8pm at Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home, 310 N. 2nd Ave. E., Newton, IA. The funeral will be Saturday at 1:00 at Chruch Of God, , Lynnville with Rev. Michael Cooper officiating.
Burial will be in St. Andrews Cemetery, Sully on Saturday at 2:00 pm.
Memorials may be made to Church of God Missions; The Gideon's; hospice of Jasper County
