Wanda Ruth Custard, age 77, of Newton died Sunday, June 3, 2007 at Skiff Medical Center, Newton.
Mrs. Custard was born July 21, 1929 at Newton, IA the daughter of the late Everett and the late Kathryn (Coffman) Blom. He predeceased her 2004.
She retired from United Telephone as a Bookkeeper in 1969.
Mrs. Custard was a member of TOPS; VFW Auxilary; American Legion Auxilary
She is survived by
Sister of one sister: Louise & Loren Nearmyer of Newton, IA and one brother: Larry & Elouise Blom of Newton, IA
Predeceased by her , Husband
Calling hours will be Tuesday from prior to services at Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home, 310 N. 2nd Ave. E., Newton, IA. The funeral will be Tuesday at 2:00 at Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home, 310 N. 2nd Ave. E., Newton with Rev. John Craun officiating.
Burial will be in Newton Union Cemetery, Newton on Tuesday at 3:00 pm.
