Delbert Eugene Allison, age 73, of 603 East Street, #2, Lynnville died Thursday, July 5, 2007 at , Lynnville. Mr. Allison was born March 8, 1934 at Albia, IA the son of the late John H. and the late Edith M. (Johnson) Allison. He married Geraldine L. (Van Sant) Martin October 24, 1986 at Oskaloosa, Iowa. He served in the Army from 1956 to 1958 during Peace Time war . He was employed by Maytag Company as a General Laborer. He is survived by his wife: Geraldine L.( (Van Sant) Martin) Allisonfour daughters: Brenda Bayles of Des Moines, IA, Ramona Fenner of Des Moines, IA, Toni L. Olson of Des Moines, IA, Tina M. Karns of Des Moines, IA Brother of one sister: Hazel & Ralph Belzer of Newton, IA Step Son, Jay Martin; Step Son, Thomas Martin; Step Son, Lyle Martin; Step Son, Eric Martin; Step Daughter, Charlyee Galloway; Step Daughter, Phyllis McFarland Predeceased by his Sister, Etta Mae Evans, Son, Randall Allison . The funeral will be at at Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home, 310 N. 2nd Ave. E., Newton with officiating. Burial will be in Hewitt Cemetery, Galesburg on Friday at 10:30 am. Memorials may be made to Children's Diabetes Association
