Darlene Agard, age 90, of 1224 N. 4th Ave. W., 1C, Newton died Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at Skiff Medical Center, Newton.
Mrs. Agard was born July 11, 1917 at Yale, IA the daughter of the late Clarence W. and the late Olive May (Rardon) Davis. He predeceased her Oct. 20, 1996.
She was employed by Maytag Company as a General Laborer.
Mrs. Agard was a member of First United Methodist Church
She is survived by one daughter: Cheryl & Maurice Cooper of Newton, IA
Sister of two sisters: Margie Huck of Newton, IA, Marilyn Waddell of Newton, IA and two brothers: Bud Davis of Newton, IA, Tom Davis of Newton, IA
Predeceased by her Daughter, Janice Bucklin, Brother, Bill Davis, Brother, Jack Davis, Brother, Dean Davis
. The funeral will be Friday at 11:00 at Newton Union Cemetery, 1600 - W. 4th Street N., Newton with Rev. Gary Marzolf officiating.
Burial will be in Newton Union Cemetery, Newton on Friday at 11:00 am.
