Leota Ola Edgren, age 96, of 1500 - N. 1st Ave. E., Newton died Friday, September 21, 2007 at Nelson Manor Health Care, Newton.
Mrs. Edgren was born April 17, 1911 at Monroe County, IA the daughter of the late John and the late Oda ( Masterson) Stewart.
She was employed by as a Homemaker.
She is survived by
Nephew, Bill D. Stewart of Newton, IA; Step Daughter, Sandy Ayers of MI; Half Sister, Doris Robbins of Forrest Lake, IL
Calling hours will be Monday from prior to services at Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home, 310 N. 2nd Ave. E., Newton, IA. The funeral will be Monday at 11:00 at Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home, 310 N. 2nd Ave. E., Newton with Rev. Jim Olson officiating.
Burial will be in Newton Union Cemetery, Newton on Monday at 12:00 pm.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Jasper County
