Kenneth LaVerne Bryan, age 66, of 915 S. 52nd Ave. E., Newton died Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at Monarch Wing At Skiff Medical Center, Newton. Mr. Bryan was born August 31, 1941 at Barnes City, IA the son of the late Evan and the late Faye (Trease) Bryan. He married BeverlyFerneau August 18, 1962 at Grinnell, Iowa. He served in the Navy from 1960 to 1964 during Vietnam war . He retired from Maytag Company as a Electronics Technician in 2000. He is survived by his wife: Beverly(Ferneau) Bryan, one daughter: Cori & Gary Latcham of Newton, IA and one son: Clint & Sally Bryan of Cleveland, OH Brother of three sisters: Eva Borchert of Rock Creek, IA, Ula Dow of Newton, IA, Lois Schwab of Colorado Springs, CO and one brother: Vern & Sue Bryan of Newton, IA Predeceased by his , 3 Brothers-in-law Calling hours will be Wednesday from Visitation with the family will be from 6 - 8pm at Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home, 310 N. 2nd Ave. E., Newton, IA. The funeral will be Thursday at 10:30 at Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home, 310 N. 2nd Ave. E., Newton with Rev. Clint Bryan officiating. Burial will be in Palo Alto, Newton on Thursday at 11:30 am.
