Eunice J. Knudsen, age 80, of #1 Chancery Ct., Newton died Friday, October 12, 2007 at Hospice Of Jasper County, Newton.
Mrs. Knudsen was born June 24, 1927 at Grand Island, NE the daughter of the late Harry and the late Agenes (Jensen) Hermansen.
She was employed by Central Iowa Lutheran Homes as a Administrator.
She is survived by two daughters: Sandra Knudsen of Prairie City, IA, Luanne Knudsen of Prairie City, IA and one son: Dean Knudsen of Gettysbug, PA
Calling hours will be Tuesday from Visitation with the family will be from 6 - 8pm at Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home, 310 N. 2nd Ave. E., Newton, IA. The funeral will be Wednesday at 10:30 at First Lutheran Church, 309 E. 3rd Street N., Newton with Rev. Howard Vrankin officiating.
Burial will be in Newton Union Cemetery, Newton on Wednesday at 10:30 am.
Memorials may be made to First Luthern Church & Grandview College
