Jerry was a wonderful man. I met him about 20 years ago when he lived in Rockwell City, IA. I am a fellow model railroader and Jerry would always give me tips on models and how to live a better life. He will truly be missed.

I have man fond memories of practicly sitting ongerrald's lap during childrens time at the methodist church I feel truly blessed to know him threw my childhood years growing me in christ.God bless and my heartfelt sympathy.

Winonah and Family, So very sorry to read of Jerry's passing, what a great guy and a fighter he was. I really enjoyed seeing him at all the Ambassador events while I lived in Newton, I don't think he missed a one. Winonah, you definitely earned your Angel wings caring for Jerry and being by his side every step of the way....I really admire you! May the memories you all hold so dear in your hearts bring a smile to your face when you think of him. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Take care, Cheryl

I consider myself very lucky to have known Jerry. His sense of humor, humanity and all other aspects of his life were a joy. We had a friendship that was separated by the several hundred miles we lives apart. My wife had a stroke 5 weeks ago so I will not be able to attend any of the services; but Jerry will live as long as he is remembered by a host of friends and of course by his family. I can only say we are the poorer for his loss and may GOD bless all of his family at this time of grief. John Swanson freeport, IL
