I will always just remember how selfless my dad ALWAYS was when it came to loving and giving to his children and his grandchildren. He loved his family whole heartedly with everything he had and everything he was. There will never be another man who could ever come close to walking in or filling the steps and shoes of my dad. You will be missed so much, and there will never be even one day I wont carry you in my heart and in my thoughts. I love you daddy...you were my world then and my angel now...

R.I.P. Grandpa
If only you saw the hurt in my eyes the day you passed away. If you only knew how much love I have for you this very day. You were the best man I've ever known and it pains me to say you're gone, but life goes on...with you in loving memories you've gone to heaven, for that I'm sure a very religious man...strong and pure. It won't be the same, but we'll make it through and our hearts are always full of memories of you. We love you Grandpa, such a generous guy. It's a shame you're not here, but we'll never say goodbye.

Laura,
What a comfort to know that Rodger has received the Promise that the Lord Jesus Christ gave to all believers - eternal life in heaven. Rodger is enjoying great and wonderful things. Talking to Jesus face to face and walking on streets of gold. What a sight!!!! Jane

I am so sorry to hear of Rodger's passing. I remember seeing Rodger at Danley events and I always thought of him as such a nice and respectful person. He always called my dad "Uncle Gene" and gave him a hard time, which he was always totally deserving of!
I hope you find comfort in knowing that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Rodger was a direct answer to prayer in my life. The love of my life. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. He could be hard, but he was one of the softest hearted people around too. I will miss you my love but you are in a much better place now. "FROM MY ARMS TO GOD'S ARMS"
