I am sorry to hear of your loss. We too have adopted internationally. Our daughter is from China. She is 7 years old. I knew I would love her like our biological children, but was not prepared for what that meant. She has stolen our hearts. Be assured by God's word that you will see your beloved son again in heaven. I met efrain about a year ago and man I have remixes you can really get to know in a year.i'd loved him from the start he had an amazing simle,a contagious laugh, and he was always full of energry( except when math time came around) I am praying for all of his wonderful, Godly, and loving family. Brad, Michele & Family I know that at this time words cannot begin to describe what you and the family are all going thru. Like Efrain, myself,my brother and two sisters were all adopted by a loving farm family much like yourselves.We lost my brother the fall that I graduated from highschool to a farm accident also, so in some small way I can feel your pain. Having never met Efrain personally, I can tell by knowing you folks and from what I have read here that he, like you folks was a very special person.Please try and hang to to the many special times that you all had together as a family and remember that he is now a shinning star up above looking down on you all, wanting you to remember those special times and that he is with you all. I had the distinct pleasure of being Es first baseball coach two years ago. My son and I drafted Efrain at the little league draft on the hunch there was a diamond no one else seen. That will be one of those hunches you never forget we got a giant gemstone. Efrain had all the qualities anyone could hope for including faith. I will look foward to the day when Efrain greets me home to be with our lord with his heavenly smile.
