My dad was a man of great integrity & class. He also knew how to make each person feel as though they were the most important person in the room. He also had a sense of humor that was infectious and never mean spirited. I only wish that more people could have known the man that he was. The hundreds of people who have reached out to our family these last 10 days, are a testimonial to a man who knew how to live and love. Dad, may you enjoy eternity as you did life! I will always hold you tightly in my heart and memories. Love from your favorite daughter, Nancy (This was a running joke between us, as I am his only...) Laugh on dear Daddy!

I will always remember Marv as fun and happy. I never heard a complaint from Marv since I met him when he moved here to Park Centre. He and I hit it off right away as I'm sure he did with everybody with his good natured personality. I will miss Marv he was a special guy.

To the family of Marvin. I did not know Marvin but I worked as a District Manager for 20 years and after my career ended when Whirlpool bought Maytag I have been a recipient of GAYTAM e-mails. I read Marvins obituary and recognize the great sacrifices he made in World War II. I respectfully honor his passing and want to convey my sincere condolences. We have lost another precious life from the greatest generation. Dennis Frost

We lost a good one when Marv passed. I strive to be like him, resilient after setbacks, and his "can do" attitude kept him active until the end. Chuckling, fun, funny, lovable Marv... I'm going to miss you. Thanks for all the great memories.
