Beulah Marie Starr, 84, of Newton, Iowa, passed away February 28, 2023.  Beulah was born to Foster and Nora Harris on January 18, 1939, in Marietta, Iowa.  Beulah is survived by her children: Darryl Nelson of Chandler, Arizona, Michael Nelson (Bonnie Everhart) of Muscatine, Iowa.  Kathie (Sheldon) Johnson of Kellogg, Iowa, Rodney (Julie) Nelson of Burlington, Iowa, Denise (Derek) Horn of Burlington, Iowa, Matthew Starr of Burlington, Iowa; her six grandchildren, her three great grandchildren, two brothers, one sister and many nieces and nephews.

Beulah was preceded in death by her parents; three husbands, Roy Dean Nelson, Clarence Orville Dannen and Richard Wayne Starr: one brother, a daughter in infancy, one son and one step son.

Memorials may be designated in Beulah’s name to St. Jude.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
