I had the privilege of meeting Eric through his work at Culvers. Those first few days were tough for him, but he kept fighting through with a smile. I remember talking to Eric about his daughters and how proud he was of them. He also would break into song in the restaurant and talk to me about the concerts he went to. He was deeply loved by the Culvers team and he will be missed!
