Evelyn was one of my first friends I made in Newton, when we moved here, as a newly wed.. She taught me a lot about cooking, took me to the hospital for my first son's birth, and so many more memories that are too numerous to name. They gave us the honor of being Bobby's God-parents for his baptism. I am so sorry to lose a friend but know life is only temporary. May the Lord Jesus Christ bless and hold each of her loved ones in His Hands, and they hold Him in their hearts. I am so so sorry for her passing but now, no more pain, suffering, tears or sorrow as stated in the Book of Revelations in the Bible. God bless you all and thank you, Lord, for the privilege of knowing her. Loved you Evelyn, Delie.
