Kristen Gail (Petersen) Brodersen, age 58, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, in Des Moines, Iowa. She was born in Pontiac, MI on August 21, 1963 to Thor and Gail Petersen. She spent most of her adult life raising her family in Monroe, Iowa. Those left to honor her memory are her son, Graham Brodersen and fiancé, Sasha James; her daughter, Caryse Brodersen and fiancé, Aaron Hickman; her son, Reece Brodersen; her Grand Daughter, Isly Hickman; her Mother, Gail Petersen; her siblings, Karla Petersen Nash and Thor Petersen; and a number of beloved nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Thor Petersen; sister, Robin Rahoi; and her children's father and former husband, Brett Brodersen.
