Mr. Wade would always ask me how are you doing and every time I would say pretty good just out of habit and every time he would say. Wow pretty and good, sounds great or something to that effect. I will forever miss him. He was an amazing and strong man. So today I will be pretty and good for you Edward. Thanks for everything you’ve done for my family

What an incredible man! I had the pleasure of knowing him when he was a volunteer at Neal Smith Refuge. He always had a smile and a friendly, "hello." He had a beautiful bass voice and sang "Love Me Tender" at my wedding in 2004. He was a very special person. Nancy Gilbertson (previously from Prairie City)

I worked with Ed in the paint dept. at Maytag. Poor guy put up with a wild crew on graveyard shift. He handled it all pretty well tho. RIP Ed.
