I will never forget the times we spent together each summer. Aunt Jo was always such a character. She made everything fun. Most of all I remember all the singing and playing of the stringed instruments. A guitar, mandolin or ukalale, I even remember a banjo coming out once in a while. It was always a fun time! Our family was never shy about sharing love. Although we lived far apart, the absence didn’t seem real in our hearts. I pray to never forget the sound of her yodeling along and singing the silly songs that are the soundtrack of my youth! She will be forever in my heart! God bless her for all the love she shared! She will never be forgotten.
