I got to know Chris when he walked in our neighborhood as the progress home he lived in was not far from us. He always enjoyed talking about his rugs that he made, asking if we had any rags we didn't need so he could make more rugs. I feel very privileged to have known Chris, what a neat guy, he will surely be missed. God Bless to all his family.
I remember Chris very well, I use to work at PI and I worked at Chris's house taking care of Chris. I remember helping Chris write letters and sending his Christmas cards out. Chris always had a smile on his face. I use to take Chris grocery shopping and doing his errands with him.Even though I havent worked at PI since 2004 I still often thought of Chris and how he loved his swing in the front yard and wave at everybody that went by. He also loved the children at the Y. GodSpeed Chris!!
Chris always made my day when I would drive by his house and he would be out on the swing waving at any passerby with his great big smile. Rest In Peace Chris.
