Dear Martha, Judy, and Family, What a privilege and what a pleasure to have known your loved one, Johnny! He and my Mother in law, Helen Blommers, worked together at the school we found out through talking with one another. But mostly Johnny and I loved to sing together and harmonize with one another.. he was my singing buddy! I shall never hear John Denvers "Take Me Home Country Roads" again without hearing Johnnys voice singing it. I celebrate the moment he entered heavens gates and rec'd back his sight, his feet under himself and his hearing so he could hear the angels singing as his entrance into heaven and eternity ~ He was a real blessing and a joy on every level to know! I speak for many with my words. Martha how my heart could feel the joy of the love you had for one another, as brother and sister. As I told you both my brother died young, he 16, myself near graduation at 18, and I will never stop missing him. So the love you had for one another was like a hug always to see. I know Johnny will always be looking out for you from now on. I know Jesus must suredly have asked Johnny to yodel by now and I must say I never met anyone at his age that could sing and yodel so beautifully. I appreciate deeply the times I had singing with him and will miss him ever so much. Love, Hugs, and Prayers to you all ~ Lisa BLommers/ Activity Coordinator at Park Centre.
