Shelly, Mark, Micky, and Jackie,
I want to express my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. I moved away from Baxter and all of you years ago, but you have always been in my heart. I will always remember the times we had together. Mark reminded me of one particular time when Steve and I dressed up like martians and scared Chuck at Shelly parents home. I though he was going to run me over! LOL

Not only will I remember him from Baxter High School but most of all when I first started working at Peck Child Development Center Charlie helped me set up a book keeping system that sure made my job a lot easier. We are so very sorry to get this news today! We always enjoyed our annual visit with Charlie as it was so much more then just business. We had much in common and he always had a story for us. He was so patient with me and my same questions every year!
