David Lee Humes was born June 29, 1957 in Newton, Iowa. He graduated from Lynnville-Sully High School in 1976. On September 4, 1987, David was united in marriage with Tammy Gearhart in Colorado Springs, CO. David died Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents. Those left to honor David's memory include his wife, Tammy of rural Reasnor; his son, Jacob Humes; his daughter, Holly Humes; one brother and three sisters. Private family services are planned for a later date. Memorials may be designated in David's name and left at the Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home.
