Mr Hill was my coach in track. He was a kind, tough and inspiring man. I always appreciated his insights and was grateful for his willingness to work with our team. He was an inspiration and an example as a teacher, coach and man.

We lived across the street from the Hills for 12 years. During that time, we became fast friends! We knew we could count on Tom to take our trash out when out of town and watch over our home. He had a kind heart! From letting us borrow his truck to take brush away, to driving us to the airport in Cedar Rapids, he showed his generous spirit. I bought a push mower from him years ago which still works! He saw both of our children grow up from birth to age 8 and 11. Tom was a good friend of ours. We knew he cared and loved for his wife Lou Ann and son Andrew. He will be missed. Lou Ann and Andrew, you will be in our thoughts and prayers. We love you! Our Deepest Sympathies, Jaren and Crissy Lucas

I remember Tom as a neighbor with a ready smile and someone who was the best of neighbors to our son and daughter-in-law Jaren and Crissy. We will be forever grateful for their friendship to us and our children. Our prayers and sympathies to LuAnn and the family.
